Spring Fever Challenge
Let’s break out of hibernation mode together by taking active steps to wake our mind and body up!
Join us for our 2-Week Spring Fever Challenge and choose your focus – Sweat or Mindfulness.
This is not a competitive challenge, but instead a way to encourage each other to be more active or more present. It’s important to remember, if you miss a day or stray from the challenge, you can start right back up again where you left off. We will support each other along the way.
How it works:
- Register to participate and choose your focus – Sweat or Mindfulness
- Choose a HealthKick partner below or your brand of choice during the challenge
- Make a commitment and be accountable for tracking your progress – download your Sweat or Mindfulness activity tracker
- Do your best to meet your goals – track your daily sessions and receive one point for each one completed
- Submit your completed activity tracker to [email protected] by Wednesday, 3/30 to be entered to win prizes

Wednesday, March 16th – 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM EST Meditation 101 + Guided Practice
Join Danica from Mind Well for an introduction to meditation. She’ll dispel common myths, explain the powerful benefits of the practice, and share a simple formula to help you add more meditation into your daily routine. She’ll also answer your questions live and guide you through a stress-relieving practice at the end.
Thursday, March 17th – 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM EST Dance Cardio
Turn your workout into a party! Powered by bass-dropping DJ mixes, 305 fitness is a full-body workout combining HIIT, kickboxing, plyometrics, and dance for a wildly fun class that flies by. No dance experience needed!
Wednesday, March 23rd – 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM EST Bootcamp Class
This 30-minute total body HIIT class led by HealthKick’s Jamie Spadafora will get your heart rate pumping! This class will include interval training with cardio and strength exercises. No equipment needed but a mat may be helpful!
- By submitting your completed activity tracker you will be entered to win the grand prize of $150 of HealthKick credit, second place will receive $50 of HealthKick credit and third place will get $25 of HealthKick credit.
