Adding new classes every day, the app features treadmill, elliptical, yoga Pilates, core, boxing, strength, cardio, and dance workouts—ranging in length from 5 to 90 minutes.
Barry’s: is offering two free 20-minute total body workouts live on Instagram, one with their band kit and the other is equipment free.
Mile High Run Club: Launched a schedule of in-home workouts LIVE brought to you by their coaches! This is how it works: workout schedule updated daily, in-home workouts with little to no equipment needed, these workouts include strength, recovery, yoga, and more. Workouts will be streamed LIVE on Instagram although free,a donation page is open to help all of our coaches through this difficult time!
Jenna Deleon Fit: Is offering her “Fit in 15” 4 week program for free. No gym, no problem, this home-based state of the art program features a 4-Week Workout regime that can be done virtually anywhere with anything!
Aaptiv: Has curated their best sleep, meditation, and at-home classes, and made them available for free on Apple podcasts.
Planet Fitness: is encouraging people to remain active at home during the coronavirus pandemic through a series of live workouts. The classes will be streamed live on Facebook every day starting today at 4 p.m. PT/7 p.m. ET. They’ll be free for everyone.
P.volve: The total-body and strengthening fitness platform is offering a free 30-day streaming trial. With this, you get access to hundreds of workouts. Use promo code OnePvolve after creating an account. P.volve is also providing free 15-20 minute workouts on Instagram live and 10 post-workouts on YouTube.
Tracy Anderson Method: This full-body workout blast that many celebrities love, is offering a two-week free trial to try their online studio classes.
Pure Barre: is offering free Facebook live classes. Pure Barre offers an effective total body workout focused on low-impact/high-intensity movements that improve strength and flexibility for every body.
The Bar Method Online: is offering a free 14 day trial. Try 15-to-60-minute barre classes from instructors around the country with The Bar Method’s online program. The classes are suitable for any level (you don’t need to be flexible to try them), and emphasize stamina and full-body strength. All you need is a chair to use as a barre, pillows and weights (or any hand-held item, like cans or a water bottle).

[solidcore]: is offering a series of daily at-home workouts to keep you on track with your fitness goals. Keep up with them on Instagram and Youtube.
Racked Stretch: is offering free LIVE classes on IG every day at 1 PM ET with a 15 minute stretch class. Each class is themed (think WFH, Netflix Binge, destress, digestion….) and open to all levels.
CITYROW GO: is offering CITYROW GO app for free for one month. CITYROW GO not only offers their signature rowing classes, but Strength, Yoga, and Mobility workouts as well. Simply create an account and use the code 1MONTH_FREE.

Obé Fitness: is offering a free month to their app. With over 100 live classes per week, and access their premium content, which includes daily 28-minute workouts and 10-minute express workouts for when you’re crunched for time.
Barre3: is offering a 15 day free trial which gives you access to hundreds of workouts and progress-tracking features so you can stay motivated. (Spoiler: Barre a hybrid type of fitness class that combines moves as broad-ranging as ballet, yoga, and strength training.)
Free Nike Run Club App: Want to work out, practice social distancing, but also step outside your front door? Enter the Nike Run Club app. With a fitness community and the technology to track your run for free, your runs will feel less isolating and more social — which you can definitely use right now.
Sólful Vybz Virtual Movement Series by Iman Clark: Dancer and visual artist Iman Clark is welcoming all bodies to free live streamed dance-inspired workouts on Instagram Monday evenings and Wednesday afternoons and on Facebook Live Sunday afternoons and Friday evenings (EST). Aimed at helping people stay connected, the workouts are meant to be inclusive for people at all fitness levels.
Alo Moves: Whether you’re looking for HIIT, yoga, meditations, or flexibility work, Alo Moves is offering a selection of free community fitness classes via YouTube.
Tone it Up: is offering free access to their app until 4/13/2020. From trainers Karena Dawn and Katrina Scott, Tone It Up offers tons of workouts, from yoga and boxing to HIIT and strength training. Workouts range from 20-40 minutes long and are available at a variety of levels.
The Class by Taryn Toomey: is offering a free 14 day trial. This therapeutic stress-relieving class involves jumping, body-weight exercises and breathing exercises (some chanting, too) set to music. It requires no equipment, but you do need an open mind.
Centr Fit: is offering a free 7 day trial. Work out like “Thor” right in your living room with actor Chris Hemsworth’s workout app. In addition to challenging high-intensity interval training, boxing and strength workouts, you also get access to meal plans (including vegan and vegetarian options) that may be a healthy respite from your stress-baking.
Sweat by Kayla: is offering a one month free trial. Kayla Itsines’ Instagram-famous workout routines built her a multi-million dollar fitness empire. They can also help you build strength with no equipment. Her Sweat app has easy-to-follow resistance workouts that are just 28 minutes long. (Try her 10-minute workouts for morning energy first.)
DanceBody: is offering a free 7 day trial. This is not your mother’s aerobics class; DanceBody is a fast-paced dance-inspired cardio workout. The choreographed dance routines will get your heart rate up (but they’re easy enough for beginners) and lift your mood. DanceBody releases new workouts each day, so you won’t get bored.
FitOn: is a free app you can download. This app’s tagline is “stop paying to work out!” which is something we can totally get behind. In its library, you’ll find a variety of classes—including cardio, Pilates and dance—from celebrity trainers and even a few celebs themselves.
Modo Yoga: is offering a number of daily free live classes on its Instagram page. Each daily schedule is posted to their feed. It’s completely free to tune in, but they do ask that you consider donating if you’re able to help support the instructors.
Body by Simone: is offering a free 14 day trial. Created by celebrity trainer Simone De La Rue (whose clients include Reese Witherspoon, Chrissy Teigen and Taylor Swift, BTW) each workout (there are both live and on-demand options) is designed to get you looking and feeling great.
Mindbodygreen: is offering a selection of their curated mindbodygreen classes completely free of charge. They will be announcing new classes on their Instagram page. Reiki Healing 101, 28 Days to Yoga Bliss, Dance Workouts to Boost Your Mood and Mediation for Anxiety are all available now.
Calm: is offering a curation of free content hand-picked to support your mental and emotional wellness through this time. Check back soon as they will be updating these resources regularly.
Hay House: is offering a free resources page curated specifically to help you stay healthy, calm, and empowered. With access to movies, podcasts, meditations, articles, and eBooks.
Headspace: Is offering some meditations you can listen to anytime. These are part of a larger collection in the Headspace app — free for everyone — called Weathering the storm. It includes meditations, sleep, and movement exercises to help you out, however you’re feeling.
Grace Space Hypnosis: is offering free access to their brand new app until April 15th. They are also offering free YouTube hypnosis sessions to help boost your immune system and improve your mindset.
Wim Hof Method: the Wim Hof Method app offers free breath work sessions. The WHM practice upregulates your immunity by increasing the production of white blood cells and B-lymphocytes. These are the little critters that protect you from foreign marauders such as viruses.
Gretchen Rubin: is offering free daily Instagram live conversations with her sister Elizabeth Craft, “Coping with COVID-19 Conversations.” Every Monday through Friday, at 4 p.m. ET, Elizabeth & Gretchen lead a conversation on Instagram about whatever’s on people’s minds.
Smiling Mind: Smiling Mind is free – no subscriptions, no in-app purchases – and is built specifically for children and adults seeking to deal with daily stress. The app is based on mindfulness courses that train people to deal with stress in the classroom or workplace.
Chill Meditation: is offering free access to their Chill Anywhere app. Which includes live-streaming and on-demand mindfulness video practices that can be accessed anytime, anywhere.
Eckhart Tolle: is offering free teachings and meditations from Eckhart Tolle and Kim Eng.
PlateJoy: is offering 10 days free of PlateJoy meal planner for the next week. They want to support those who may be faced with the new reality of cooking all of their meals at home.
Yummly: is a free app that also offer in app purchases. Yummly allows users to search by ingredient, diet, allergy, nutrition, price, cuisine, time, taste, meal courses and sources, and Yummly’s patent-pending search technology always delivers mouth-watering results.
SideChef: The SideChef app is a great tool for any beginner chef. Between the beautiful photos and easy-to-follow instructions, you’ll be creating delicious meals in no time.

45 Instant Pot Recipes: Check out these easy instant pot recipes for dinners during the week. These will save you from hunger and hefty takeout bills.
Kinedu: is offering free access until April 15th. If your little one is under 4, an app called Kinedu can help you fill your day with activities. Just answer a few questions about your little one and Kinedu will generate a daily schedule complete with activities aimed at developing crucial early skills.
GoNoodle: is the kid friendly entertainment company your kids know from school. They put together a free online resource for parents during this time called GoNoodle: Good Energy at Home. The content includes learning materials used at elementary school like movement and mindfulness videos. There are also downloadable and printable activity sheets that supplement what they see on screen. The best part: your little ones can do many of the suggested activities on their own, which means more time for parents to concentrate on working from home.
Scholastic Learn at Home: is offering their lessons for free. You can choose activities within from grade levels between PreK and 6+. These include e-books kids can read along with, and educational videos under their “Watch and learn Library.”
ABCmouse Early Learning Academy: is offering the first month of online learning free. On ABCmouse, your child can play educational games and puzzles and partake in a curriculum of reading, math, art, music, and science for ages 2-8.
Funbrain Jr: If you’re looking for interactive math games, reading puzzles, and printable worksheets and games you can do at home together. Kids also have incentive to learn, as the more games they complete, the more digital stickers they earn. Funbrain also has a Stories section where kids and parents can access digital versions of picture books.
Beanstalk: is offering free access during the COVID-19 outbreak, Beanstalk provides interactive classes for kids ages 1.5- 6. Some classes are live, others are on-demand, but all classes are taught by experienced teachers. You’ll find everything from “Create Your Imagination Station” to “How Rainbows Work.” Each class designates the age group it’s designed for.
BrainPOP: is offering schools and students free access during coronavirus shut-downs. BrainPOP curriculums are designed for students K-12, but there’s also BrainPOP Jr., which is ideal for kids 0-3. Both feature lesson plans and activities for science, reading and writing, math, social studies, and health.
TIME for Kids’: The digital library is now free for the rest of the year. With turnkey teaching tools and tips on how to discuss the news with children, TIME is offering four grade-specific digital editions of the magazine.
Cosmic Kids: Is offering two weeks free. They offer yoga and mindfulness for kids.
P.E. with Joe: is helping kids who are stuck at home stay fit. Wicks announced that as of March 23rd, he would be posting live 30-minute workouts just for students every morning, effectively becoming “the nation’s P.E. teacher.” You can stream the live classes or watch them when it’s convenient for you and your kids on his YouTube channel, The Body Coach TV.
Super Stretch Yoga: is a free yoga app for kids. Includes animation and video for 12 yoga poses.
Habitz: is a free app for kids. Kids can be picky eaters, oversnackers, junk food gobblers, and couch potatoes. The Habitz app can help children develop healthier habits. Parents: Select healthy goals for your kids to complete. As your child achieves them, they can learn to make healthier choices.
